 Government of the Russian Federation Scholarship 2020

This scholarship by the Scholarship Secretariat in Ghana is for qualified Ghanaians who wish to study in Russian institution of higher learning in the 2020 academic year. The scholarship is available to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree students.

However, to be an eligible undergraduate candidate for the Russian Federation scholarship, your age must not exceed 23 years. Also, you must have completed your Senior High School Education within the last 2 (two) years. However, you must hold at least a second class upper bachelor degree in a relevant subject to qualify for the postgraduate scholarship. You must also be 35 years of age or below, and your current certificate shouldn’t be older than five (5) years.

The scholarship supports undergraduate courses in areas like general and clinical medicine, nuclear science, agriculture, and architecture. On the other hand, the postgraduate scholarship supports courses like Clinical Medicine (Residency Training). It also supports Nuclear energy and technology, engineering and Computer Science and Technology, Overland Transport Technology, e.t.c.

 Chinese Government Scholarship 2020 

This Ghana Scholarship Secretariat scholarship is for Ghanian students who wish to study in the People’s Republic of China for the 2020 academic year. However, the level of Ghanaian students eligible for this scholarship is the Masters and Ph.D. degree students.

To be eligible for this scholarship as a Ghanaian Master’s student, you’ll need to hold a first degree of 2nd Class Upper or better in a relevant field of study. On the other hand, Ph.D. applicants must have at least a 2nd Class Upper and a relevant Master’s degree in a related/relevant field.

Also, you shouldn’t be more than 35 years old for the Master’s scholarship and not less than 40 years old for the Ph.D. Additionally, the scholarship encourages women to apply.

The Government of Ghana through the Scholarships Secretariat collaborates with Koç University, Turkey to offer this scholarship. It is available to Master’s and Doctoral level Ghanaian students to study in various disciplines at the Koç University, Turkey in the 2020 academic year.

To be eligible for this scholarship, however, you must hole a 2nd Class Upper Division or better in a first degree for Master’s application. Ph.D. applicants, on the other hand, must have completed two (2) years post qualification experience. Also, the maximum age for Master’s and Ph.D. applicants is 35 years and 40 years respectively.

Mauritius – Africa Scholarship Scheme 2020

This scholarship makes it possible for Ghanaian students in various levels of study to school in Mauritius. The government of the Republic of Mauritius offers Ghanaians this scholarship for full-time, on-campus degree studies in Public Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) in Mauritius. The scholarship is for the 2020 academic year, however.

In addition, you’ll have to be above 18 and below 26 years of age to apply for the undergraduate position of this Ghana Scholarship Secretariat’s scholarship. However, to be eligible as a Master’s applicant, you should not be more than 34 years of age. For Ph.D. students, however, the maximum age is 44 years.

This Scholarship Secretariat Ghana scholarship makes it possible for qualified Ghanaians to study in Hungary. The Hungarian Government offers this scholarship to Ghanaians in diverse undergraduate, masters and doctoral level. These degree programs, however, must be taken in Hungary for the 2020 academic year.

To be eligible for the undergraduate aspect of this scholarship, you must hold your WASSCE certificate and not be above 23 years of age. Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships Tenable in the United Kingdom 2020 

This scholarship is available to Master’s and Ph.D. Ghanian students in six subject areas to study in the UK. However, the students to qualify for this scholarship position must be of high intellectual promise. Also, at the end of your study, you’re expected to make a significant contribution to the achievement of the overall development objectives of your country – Ghana.

Also, you’ll need to be a Ghanian residing in the country as well as obtain admission from a University in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this scholarship.

Additionally, you’re expected to have a First Class or Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree if you’re applying for the Master’s scholarship category.
