Kate Edger Educational Charitable Trust for first-year doctoral awards: 

this award is worth 10 000 dollars and available once a year for first-year doctorate degrees in law.
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency in New Zealand or have proof of enrolment for the Ph.D. program at and Auckland research institute and have access to the infrastructural support needed for her research degree.

University of Copenhagen Ph.D. scholarships at iCourts, Faculty of Law:

This is a fully funded scholarship program for international students to study Ph.D. program in law at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. It is available to international students.

Aga Khan Foundation scholarship scheme:

the scholarship is for students with excellent academic records from developing countries without any other means of funding their education.

Indian Equality Law Ph.D. scholarship:

This is available for international students at Melbourne University to pursue a Ph.D. degree in law. It is worth a full offset fee and an annual stipend of 30 600 Australian dollars for a period of three and a half years with a relocation allowance of 3 000 Australian dollars for candidates moving from outside Australia.

University of Cape Town Postdoctoral Research Fellowship:

This grants South African students a grant to study Mineral Law in Africa at the University of Cape Town for their Ph.D. The scholarship is worth R 220 000 for an academic session.

Auckland University of Technology Business, Economics and Law Doctorate scholarship funds:

This scholarship is awarded to international students in New Zealand to study Business, Economics, and Law for a doctorate degree for the first time. The scholarship is automatic for applicants who are admitted for a Ph.D. programme in Law, Business and Economics, hence, the criteria for eligibility is the same as that for admission to New Zealand.
