Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and guiding store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including tasks such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Elevate customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues and assisting with inquiries, ensuring customers have a top-notch experience.
- Sales and Performance: Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to meet, and ideally exceed, sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Staff Development: Contribute to the growth and development of store team members through effective training and mentoring.
- Financial Management: Support the financial health of the store by vigilantly monitoring expenses and actively participating in the budgeting process.
- Compliance: Ensure that the store consistently adheres to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operation.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, underpinned by effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education and Experience Requirements
